A Geography of
Entrepreneurship: Alaskan Businesses in the Post-Soviet Economy of Russia
This is a copy of my Master's Thesis. I’ve converted it into HTML in the event someone may be able to use it for their own research. Rather than pointlessly gathering dust in the basement of Memorial Library in Madison, I realized that others may actually be able to use it if posted on the web.
It is
not recommended for pleasure reading as the hard copy was 120 pages long and
delves into economic and entrepreneurship theory. There are some
interesting parts, particularly the case studies in chapter six and possibly
the conclusion. On the whole it provides a thorough analysis of a brief,
but exciting period of economic history in an often forgot about corner of the
world.
